中医“多系统相关”思想简论

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医"多系统相关"理论内涵及在中医整体观念中的意义。方法:将"系统"这个概念引入中医学,从《黄帝内经》"五脏相通"理论以及现代"五脏系统"的概念入手,用脏器系统功能的概念代替传统中医学中"脏"的概念,与现代科学中的实质脏器器官的功能相对应来进行解释。结果:总结多系统四维相关及系统观、科学观、时空观的思想。结论:"多系统相关"理论和思想可以认为是中医整体观念和藏象理论的一种纵向延伸,其中包含有整体观的思想而又是对整体观念的补充和发展。从系统的角度理解中医的"脏"与西医的"器官"在功能上的对应关系,方便传统医学与现代医学理论及概念的交流。Objective： To investigate the connotation of ＂Multi-System Correlation＂theory and its significance in holism of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods： The concept of＂system＂was introduced into traditional Chinese medicine,and commenced from the＂five zang viscera connection＂theory of Huangdi Neijing and modern＂five zang viscera system＂.Organ system functions notions were used to replace the concept of＂zang＂in traditional Chinese medicine,and the function of essential viscera organs in modern science were corresponded to explain the theory of＂Multi-System Correlation＂.Results： The idea of＂Multi-System four-dimensional Correlation Theory＂and system concept,science concept,time and space concept were further summed up.Conclusion： ＂Multi-System Correlation＂ theory and ideology can be accounted as vertical extension of holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of viscerastate,and it contains the holism idea and yet a supplement and development of the holism concept.An understanding of corresponding relationship between＂zang＂of traditional Chinese medicine and＂organ＂of Western medicine from the system＇ s angle facilitates the communication of the theory and concept of traditional medicine and modern medicine.
