康肾口服液对大鼠heymann肾病模型肾脏组织形态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨康肾口服液对大鼠heymann肾病模型肾脏组织形态的影响。方法:取雄性SD大鼠,选尿蛋白为阴性的大鼠72只,随机分为6组,空白对照组、模型组、康肾口服液大剂量组、康肾口服液中剂量组、康肾口服液小剂量组、尿毒清颗粒组,除空白对照组外其余各组造heymann肾病模型。取一个肾固定,行HE染色,进行病理组织观察。结果:与模型组比较,康肾口服液大剂量组、康肾口服液中剂量组、康肾口服液小剂量组和尿毒清颗粒组均可显著改善大鼠heymann肾病模型肾脏病理组织病变(P<0.01),以康肾口服液中、小剂量组对大鼠heymann肾病模型肾脏病理组织的改善作用为好。结论:康肾口服液对大鼠heymann肾病模型肾脏病理组织有较好的改善作用。Objective： To explore the influence of Kangshen oral liquid on rat kidney tissue morphology of Heymann nephropathy model.Methods： 72 male SD rats with negative urinary protein were randomly divided into six groups,namely,the blank control group,the model group,Kangshen oral liquid in large dosage group,Kangshen oral liquid in the middle dosage group,Kangshen oral liquid in small dosage group,uremic clearance granule group.Except rats in blank group,the rest groups were molded Heymann nephropathy model.A renal fixation was taken,HE staining was used,and histopathological changes were observed.Results： Compared with the model group,Kangshen oral liquid in large dosage group,Kangshen oral liquid in the middle dosage group,Kangshen oral liquid in small dosage group,uremic clearance granule group all had significantly improvement in the pathological changes of the kidney in rat Heymann nephropathy model（P〈0.01） and improvement effects of Kangshen oral liquid in the middle and in small dosage group was good to improve pathological changes of the kidney in rat Heymann nephropathy model.Conclusion： Kangshen oral liquid on rat Heymann nephropathy model renal pathology tissue has good effect.
