摘 要:目的:了解丹皮酚的溶解性质,为丹皮酚制剂研究设计提供依据。方法:本研究采用HPLC法测定丹皮酚平衡溶解度、溶解特性,考察过饱和溶质、粒度、增溶性辅料、pH值等对其溶解度的影响。结果:丹皮酚在水中属极微溶解的范畴。改变粒度的丹皮酚明显缩短了溶解平衡时间,将粒径粉碎至280 nm的丹皮酚纳米微粉可以提高丹皮酚的溶解速度。随着pH值的降低,丹皮酚的溶解度增加,可以通过调节pH值来改善丹皮酚溶解度。结论:丹皮酚微粉化可作为一种增加其溶解速度的技术,用于新剂型的设计。Objective: To fully understand the dissolution properties of Paeonol,and to offer reference for the research and design of Paeonol preparation.Methods: HPLC method was used to test the equilibrium solubility and dissolution property of Paeonol,and to investigate the relations between the solubility of paeonol and supersaturation solute,particle size,solubilizing accessory,PH value.Results: Paeonol was proved to belong to the category of very slightly solubility in the water.Paeonol with changing particle size significantly shortened its dissolution equilibrium time,could shatter the particle size to nanometer micro powder with diameter of 280 nm,and improve its dissolution rate.Along with the decreasing of PH value,the solubility of Paeonol increased,therefore,the solubility of Paeonol could be improved through regulate its pH value.Conclusion: As a technology of increasing dissolution rate,the micronization of Paeonol can be used in the design of new dosage form.
