摘　　要：目的:探讨前列安颗粒稳定性加速实验研究,建立前列安颗粒的有效期,为其生产、包装、贮存提供科学依据。方法:将供试品在温度(40±2)℃,相对湿度(75±5)%的条件下放置6个月,分别在0个月、1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月取样,检测相关指标盐酸小檗碱和连翘苷的含量。与0 d比较,考察上述成分含量的变化。结果:通过6个月的考察,3批样品中盐酸小檗碱和连翘苷含量没有明显的变化。结论:前列安颗粒在加速实验条件下放置6个月,黄柏、连翘中的指标成分盐酸小檗碱、连翘苷含量没有明显变化,表明该颗粒较稳定。Objective： To discuss the accelerated test study on the stability of Qianlie-an granule,and to establish the validity of Qianliean granule to provide scientific basis of production,packaging,and storage of preparation.Methods： The products were placed 6 months under the condition of temperature（40 ± 2） ℃,relative humidity（75 ± 5） %,which were sampled respectively in 0,1,2,3,6 months,and contents of related indexes of berberine hydrochloride and forsythin were tested.Compared with 0 day,component contents changes of the above indexes were investigated.Results： Through the six months of investigation,the contents of berberine hydrochloride and forsythin in three batch samples showed no obvious change.Conclusion： Qianlie-an granule is placed 6 months in accelerated test conditions,and the contents of berberine hydrochloride and forsythin,the indicators of two kinds of medicinal materials phellodendron,and forsythia separately,have no significant change,which indicates the particle is stable.
