消炎愈溃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨消炎愈溃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为慢性浅表性胃炎的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组予西药奥美拉唑、替普瑞酮联合治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用消炎愈溃汤﹝方药组成:炙黄芪30 g,黄连6 g,白芍15 g,厚朴10 g,桂枝10 g,枳实10 g,生姜10 g,大枣15 g,吴茱萸10 g,砂仁6 g,白豆蔻(后下)6 g,甘草10 g﹞治疗,两组均以30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果:对照组愈显率为30.00%,有效率为73.33%;治疗组愈显率为63.33%,有效率为86.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消炎愈溃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of Xiaoyan Yukui Decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods： 60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The control group was given combination of Omeprazole and Teprenone.The treatment group was given additional Xiaoyan Yukui Decoction（Composion： Main radix astragali 30 g,rhizoma coptidis 6 g,root of herbaceous peony 15 g,magnolia officinalis 10 g,cassia twig 10 g,immature bitter orange 10 g,ginger10 g,jujube15 g,evodia rutaecarpa 10 g,sand kernel6g,white nutmeg（later） 6g,liquorice10g）.Both groups regarded 30 days as a course of treatment and then the curative effects were compared between the two groups after a course.Results： The excellent effective rate was 30.00%,the effective rate was 73.33% in the control group,while the excellent effective rate was 63.33% and the effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group.Comparison of two groups had statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Xiaoyan Yukui Decoction has notable curative effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.
