浅谈带下病的辨证治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨带下病的辨证思路及治疗方法。方法:从诊断、病因病机、病位、证候兼加、鉴别诊断、治疗方法等方面对带下病的辨证思路进行初步探讨。结果:将带下病分为脾虚证、肾虚证、湿热证。脾虚证:治宜健脾益气、升阳除湿,方选完带汤加减;肾阳虚证:治宜温肾培元、涩精止带,方选内补丸加减。肾阴虚证:治宜益肾滋阴、清热止带,方选知柏地黄汤加减;湿热证:治宜清热利湿止带,方选止带方加减。结论:带下病临床辨证时虽有一定难度,但也有规律可循,只要辨证准确,就能在临床治疗中收到良效。Objective： To explore the ideas and therapy of syndrome differentiation and treatment of vaginal discharge disease.Methods： The ideas of syndrome differentiation and treatment of vaginal discharge disease was preliminarily discussed from the aspets of diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis,location of the disease,syndrome,diagnosis and treatment.Results： The vaginal discharge disease had syndromes of spleen difficiency,kidney difficiency and dampness-heat.The syndrome of spleen difficiency was treated by fortifying the spleen and replenishing qi,upraising the middle qi and eliminating dampness,modified Wandai decoction.The syndrome of kidney yang difficiency was treated by warming the kidney and cultivating yuan,astringing essence and checking vaginal discharge,modified Neibu pill.The syndrome of kidney yin difficiency was treated by replenishing the kidney and tonifying yin,clearing heat and checking vaginal discharge,modified Zhibo Dihuang decoction.The syndrome of dampness-heat was treated by clearing heat and draining dampness and checking vaginal discharge,modified Zhidai priscription.Conclusion： The syndrome differentiation and treatment of vaginal discharge disease has certain difficulty,but there are some rules to follow.Only by accurate differentiation can we achieve good effect in the clinical treatment.
