摘　　要：为了解国际自动测试领域发展现状,并追踪研究热点,分析了2011自动测试年会(AUTOTESTCON)全部论文。通过对文章内容、主题词、关键词的综合分析,了解到故障预测与健康管理技术(PHM)、自动测试标记语言(ATML)、测试优化问题和测试标准化问题是2011年自动测试年会的主要热点。然后,重点对这些热点问题进行了跟踪,总结了其研究及应用现状。最后,结合上述热点国内研究及应用水平,给出了促进相关领域研究的一些建议。In order to get aware of the status of international developments in the field of automatic test and track the hot spots, this pa- per analyses all the papers delivered in AUTOTESTCON 2011. According to the statistical data of the contents, themes and key words of all the papers, PHM, ATML, optimization and standardization applied in automatic test realm are regarded as the main hot spots of AUTOTE- STCON 2011 in this paper. Besides, this paper summarizes the research and application status of all the hot spots. At last, associating the domestic research status of these hot spots, the paper gives some suggestions on promoting the research of the topics mentioned before.
