摘 要:碰撞检测是虚拟手术中的关键问题;基于手术过程中手术器械只有尖端部分与器官接触这一特点,提出了对人体器官表面模型采集一系列特征点来描述器官的外部轮廓;通过简化的Lin-Canny算法和包围球法相结合的方法来实时地检测虚拟手术过程中手术器械和人体器官的碰撞;该算法继承了Lin-Canny算法的增量式计算和包围球算法易于计算的优点,能满足实时检测的要求;通过实验研究,给出了所提算法与包围盒算法、Lin-Canny算法的比较结果;验证了所提出算法的优越性。Collision detection is a key problem in the virtual surgery. During surgery, only the cutting--edge part of the surgical instru ments contacts with the human organs. Based on this characteristic, we proposed sampling a series of feature points from the organ surfacc model of the bodys to describe the external contour of the organ. Through a combined method of improved l.in Canny algorithm and Boun ding Sphere algorithm, detect the collision of surgical instruments and human organs in real time during the virtual surgery. The proposed method inherits the advantages of the Lin--Canny algorithm and Bounding Sphere algorithm, can meet the requirements of real--time detec tion. An example is given to compare the proposed algorithm with the hounding box method and the Lin--Canny algorithm so as to prove the superiority of the algorithm proposed in this paper.
