摘　　要：针对目前公路施工领域力学试验过程中数据可靠性低、不便于监测的缺点,设计了压力试验机网络监测系统;在论述了系统的总体结构的基础上,完成了试验数据采集与网络传输系统的软硬件设计、样品条形码信息管理系统设计,以及试验数据与信息查询系统设计;基于文章方法设计的网络监测系统已经在云南某高速公路工地试验室得到应用,实际运行情况表明,系统工作高效稳定,实现了对工地试验室试验过程的远程监督和管理,以及对样品的过程跟踪,可以有效保证工程项目的施工质量。Given the low reliability of test data and unsuitability of monitoring during the compression testing in traditional field laborato ry, a compression testing machine network monitoring system is proposed in this paper. At first, the structure of the system is introduced. Then the design of test data acquisition and transmission software and hardware, management of sample＇s bar code message and information query was completed. The networked monitoring system has been successfully applied in Yunnan highway field laboratory. The practical op eration indicates that the system is of high efficient and stability. Thereby, the supervision and management of compression testing in field laboratory is realized, and the quality of the road construction is ensured.
