摘  要:为满足交流用电仪器设备的时序要求,实现多路交流负载的无人值守配电,设计了一种基于MC9S12D64的自诊断型交流智能配电时序器;该时序器采用模块化设计,通过外围电路扩展和软件设计,实现了时序器自诊断,配电模式、配电时序设置,负载电压、电流和频率采集等功能,结合CAN总线和LabVIEW监控平台的设计,实现时序器采集数据的显示和存储;实际应用表明,该时序器的模拟量采集误差不超过1%,满足产品精度要求,此外,通用性好,运行可靠,具有良好的应用价值。In order to meet the sequence requirements of AC electrical apparatus, to achieve unattended power distribution of multi-- channel AC load, a self--diagnostic AC intelligent power distribution sequence controller is designed based on Mcgs12D64. The sequence controller, which adopts modularization design, achieves the self--diagnosis of controller, the setting of power distribution mode and se- quence, and the acquisition function of load voltage, current and frequency through the external circuit design and software programming. Combined with the design of the CAN bus and LabVIEW monitoring platform, the sequence controller achieves the data acquisition display and storage. The practical application shows that the analog acquisition deviation of sequence controller is less than 1%, to meet the accuracy requirements of products. Besides the sequence controller is good versatility, reliable operation, and has good application value.
