益气活血、解毒化浊法治疗颈动脉斑块216例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血、解毒化浊法治疗颈动脉斑块的临床疗效。方法将414例颈动脉斑块患者随机分为治疗组216例与对照组198例,治疗组予益气活血、解毒化浊中药,每日1剂,水煎分两次口服;对照组予辛伐他汀分散片口服,每次20mg,每日1次,血脂康胶囊,每次0.9g,每日1次,两组均治疗6个月后观察临床疗效,并测定治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,明显优于对照组的65.2%(P<0.05);治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后TG水平显著下降(P<0.05),TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平未见明显改善(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后各指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用益气活血、解毒化浊法治疗颈动脉斑块疗效确切,可明显降低血脂水平。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of qi-boosting blood-quickening and toxin-resolving turbidity-transforming therapy on carotid artery plaque. Methods Totally 414 cases of carotid artery plaque were randomized into treatment group of 216 cases and control group of 198 cases. The treatment group was given qi-boosting blood-quickening and toxin-resol- ving turbidity-transforming formula, one decoction daily. The control group was given 20 mg simvastatin dispersible tablets and 0. 9 g Xuezhikang Capsule, once daily. The treatment course lasted for 6 months. The levels of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyc- eride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 93.5% and 65.2% respectively, with significant difference between groups （P^0.05）. After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly de- creased, and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased in the treatment group （P^0.05）. There was no significant change in levels of TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the control group（P〈0.05） after treatment except for the decrease of TG （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences between groups in each index after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conlcusion The qi-boosting blood-quickening and toxin-resolving turbidity-transforming therapy is effective for carotid artery plaque arid can significantly reduce blood lipid levels.
