摘  要:目的:探索在监测由快速点击鼠标引起的指伸肌疲劳方面适用性最优的表面肌电信号分析方法和评定指标;方法:以10名青年志愿者为研究对象,记录受试者90s快速点击鼠标过程中指伸肌表面肌电信号(sEMG)及点击鼠标频率、受试者主观疲劳感觉。按等时间间隔将sEMG分为若干段并分别计算每段sEMG的RMS、MF、MPF、MDF、MNF和C(n)等指标。从所计算的sEMG指标与点击鼠标持续时间、点击鼠标频率、主观疲劳感觉评分的相关关系及在反映肌肉疲劳的敏感性、一致性、可重复性等方面入手,对各指标在监测快速点击鼠标致指伸肌疲劳的适用性进行评价研究;结果:标准化后的MF、MPF、MDF和MNF与运动持续时间、主观疲劳感觉评分、点击鼠标频率显著相关。在反映疲劳的敏感性方面,MNF最高,MDF次之,之后是MPF、MF、C(n)和RMS。从反映疲劳的指标稳定性看,MNF最高,MPF次之,之后依次为MDF、MF、C(n)和RMS。从指标的可重复性比较结果看,C(n)的稳定性最高,其次分别为MNF、MF、MDF、MPF和RMS;结论:在快速点击鼠标过程中,指伸肌进行低负荷、高频率、小幅度的动态收缩运动,使得从指伸肌表面记录到的sEMG具有非线性和非稳态信号特征的同时,也具有别于肌肉在静态收缩或低频率动态收缩条件下获取sEMG的特征。基于小波包分析计算的MNF指标表现出良好的反映疲劳敏感性、稳定性和可重复性,提示其在评定由快速点击鼠标引起的指伸肌疲劳方面是较好的选择指标。Objective:This experiment was designed to explore the optimum surface Electromyo graphy (sEMG) indices in evaluating extensor digitorum muscle fED) fatigue caused by fast clicking mouse. Method: Ten young volunteers participated in this experiment. Each subject performed 90-second fast clicking mouse exercise for two times. Clicking mouse frequency, per ceived exertion in ED and sEMG of ED were recorded during the process, sEMG was divided into a sequence of segment in constant time duration. Combined with time domain, fourier transform, wavelet packet transformation and nonlinear analysis method, RMS, MF, MPF, MDF, MNF and nonlinear lempel-Ziv complexity C (n) of each sEMG segment were calculat- ed. Sensitivity, stability and repeatability of each index in evaluating ED muscle fatigue caused by fast clicking mouse exercise was compared and analyzed. Result: Normalized MF, MPF, MDF and MNF all decreased during muscle fatigue, having a significant negative correlation with clicking mouse endurance time, clicking mouse frequency and perceived exertion. MNF was found to have the highest fatigue sensitivity and MDF the second while RMS had the lowest fatigue sensitivity. As refer to stability, MNF was best and MPF the second, following MDF,MF,C (n) and RMS. C (n) appeared to be the best index and MNF the second in terms of repeatability. Conclusion:When in fast clicking mouse exercise process, ED was doing dynamic low level effort contraction, resulting in nonlinear features and special sEMG charac- teristics differing from sEMG recorded from muscle doing isometric or low-frequency dynamic contraction. The index of MNF based on wavelet packet transformation demonstrated high utility, suggesting the potential application of MNF as fatigue indices in evaluating ED muscle fatigue caused by fast clicking mouse exercise.
