摘 要:目的编制军人应激易感性预测问卷。方法通过查阅文献、访谈、小组讨论及专家咨询,建丑量表结构,并确定初始量表项目148条。在西北军区某部的军人中施测,两次选取431和351名军人为样本.采用项目分析、探索性因素分析、信度分析和验证性因素分析等统计方法对数据进行统计分析。结果军人应激易感性预测问卷由5个分量表构成:创伤事件、积极情感、负性特质、消极应对和人际支持。共有59个项目,各项目因素负荷为0.503—0.839。5个分量表的α系数分别为0.777,0.903,0.923,0.882,0.908,总量表的系数为0.895。验证性因素分析拟合度较高(RESEA=0.058,NFI=0.89,NNFI=0.93,CFI=0.94,IFI=0.98)。结论军人应激易感性预测问卷具有良好的心理测量学特性。Objective To develop stress vulnerability prediction scale for soldiers. Methods 148 items were determined by reviewing items in relating literatures and scales, interview, panel discussion and expert consultation. Then 431 and 351 soldiers in two times were picked out randomly as samples from Army Northwest District. hem analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyse the data. Results Stress vulnerability prediction scale comprised five subscales:traumatic events,positive affect, negative trait, negative coping and interpersonal support. The scale was comprised of 59 items, and the factor loading of the items ranged from O. 503 to 0. 839. Cronbach's α coefficient of the five subseales were 0. 777,0. 903, 0. 923,0. 882,0. 908, and the Cronbach's αcoefficient of the scale was 0. 895. Confirmatory factor analysis showed a higher goodness of fit( RESEA =0. 058, NFI = 0.89, NNFI = 0.93, CFI = 0.94, IFI = 0.98 ). Conclusion Stress vulnerability prediction scale in soldiers has good psychometric properties, and can be used as a prediction measurement tool for measuring the stress disorder for soldiers.
