中药联合综合物理治疗在哺乳期急性乳腺炎发病初期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合综合物理治疗在哺乳期急性乳腺炎发病初期的疗效。方法:将2009年5～12月收治的155例发病1～2天的哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者随机分为2组,中药组49例采用综合物理治疗联合中药(夏枯草口服液内服及如意金黄散外敷)治疗,西药组106例采用综合物理治疗联合抗生素治疗,连续治疗2～3天。结果:中药组有效率87.8%,西药组有效率93.4%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后中药组白细胞数降到了(6.7±1.5)×109/L,西药组为(6.4±0.6)×109/L,均低于治疗前(P<0.05);2组间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:哺乳期急性乳腺炎发病初期使用中药联合综合物理治疗可以得到与抗生素相近的疗效,是良好的替代方案。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine combined with integrated physicaltherapy for the treatment of early stage acute mastitis during lactation period. Methods. From May to De- cember in 2009, 155 patients with acute mastitis（within 24-48 hours after the onset） were randomly di- vided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Chinese medicine group was given inte- grated physical therapy combined with oral use of Brunrllae oral solution and external use of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder, and western medicine group was given integrated physical therapy combined with oral use of antibiotics for consecutive 2-3 days. Results, The effective rate in Chinese medicine group was 87.8%, while the effective rate in western medicine group was 93.4%, and there was no significant difference between them（P 〉0.05） . After treatment, WBC count in both groups decreased significantly （P 〈0.05 compared to that before treatment）, and dropped to（6.7 ± 1.5） × 10^9/1 in Chinese medicine group and（6.4 ±0.6）× 10^9/L in western medicine group. However, the difference of WBC count was insignificant between these two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion, In the early stage of acute mastitis during lactation period, Chi- nese medicine combined with integrated physical therapy is as effective as antibiotic therapy for acute mastitis, and can be considered as a reasonable replacement for antibiotic treatment.
