摘 要:模拟上海市竹园第二污水处理厂的闭式双泥龄活性污泥工艺进行中试研究,通过测定普通曝气池、A/O池和二沉池出水中COD、NH4+-N、NO3--N和TN的浓度,分析该工艺的除污过程及机理,并利用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)和聚合酶链反应—变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(PCR-DGGE)研究了微生物群落结构。结果表明,闭式双泥龄活性污泥工艺类似于侧流富集/主流强化硝化工艺,A/O池相当于普通曝气池的"侧流硝化菌富集池",它在处理污水的同时不断地培养和富集硝化菌,并通过二沉池连续回流至普通曝气池内,使普通曝气池在低污泥龄条件下仍具有很强的硝化能力,从而强化了系统的硝化效果。A pilot test to evaluate the closed double-SRT activated sludge process in Zhuyuan Sec- ond Wastewater Treatment Plant in Shanghai was carried out. The concentrations of COD, NH4+ - N, NO3- -N and TN in the effluent from the ordinary aeration tank, A/O tank and secondary settling tank were determined, and the pollutant removal process and mechanism were analyzed. Furthermore, the mi- crobial community structure was studied using FISH and PCR-DGGE. The results showed that the closed double-SRT activated sludge process was similar to the BABE. In the A/O tank, nitrobacteria were culti- vated and transferred to the ordinary aeration tank continuously. The ordinary aeration tank could remove NH4+ - N in a short SRT, thus the nitrification efficiency of the system was enhanced.
