摘 要:利用铁细菌在氧化铁离子过程中产生的强氧化作用,可以大大提高生化处理效能。采用SBR反应器,通过腈纶、焦化和校园生活污水处理效果的对比,研究了富铁多孔复合填料对生化处理的强化效果。结果表明,在同等条件下,富铁多孔复合填料要比有机多孔载体的生物强化作用显著:可使腈纶废水处理后出水的COD和氨氮降低50 mg/L左右;对焦化废水中COD和氨氮的去除率分别提高6%和13%左右;显著提高了对高浓度生活污水中COD和TN的去除效果,同时对磷的去除率提高约58%。The strong oxidation generated by iron bacteria in the oxidation process of iron ions can greatly improve the biochemical treatment efficiency. The enhanced effects of iron-rich porous composite filler in biochemical treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater, coking wastewater and campus domestic sewage were investigated in SBR reactors. The results showed that the enhanced biological effect of iron-rich por- ous composite filler was more significant than that of organic porous carrier in the same conditions. For a- crylic fiber wastewater, the COD and ammonia nitrogen in the treated effluent were reduced by about 50 mg/L. For coking wastewater, the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were increased by about 6% and 13%, respectively. The removal rates of COD and TN from high-strength domestic sewage were significantly improved, and the phosphorus removal rate was increased by about 58%.
