摘 要:分别对复杂卷边槽钢、腹板中间V形加劲复杂卷边槽钢、腹板及翼缘中间V形加劲复杂卷边槽钢等四种截面形式,共计16根轴压简支柱进行了承载力试验。研究了此类复杂截面轴压构件的极限承载力及变形等特性。试验结果表明:中间加劲肋的存在有效地减小了板件宽厚比,大幅度提高了轴压构件的极限承载力。与相同条件下的复杂卷边槽钢相比,采用板件中间V形加劲的轴压构件承载效率可提高10%30%左右。对试验进行了有限元模拟,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了分析方法的正确性。在此基础上,利用有限元分析对比了普通卷边槽钢与复杂卷边槽钢轴压构件的极限承载力,结果表明复杂卷边槽钢构件的承载效率高于普通卷边槽钢。A total of 16 pin-ended cold-formed steel columns were tested; these columns were with four types of complicated sections including: channels with complex edge stiffeners, channels with complex edge stiffeners and intermediate V type stiffeners in the web, channels with complex edge stiffeners and intermediate V type stiffeners in the web and the flanges. The ultimate load-carrying capacity and deformation behavior of cold-formed steel members with complicated cross sections were studied in this paper. It was found that ultimate load-carrying capacity of members under axial compression increased markedly because the element width-to-thickness ratio was reduced effectively by using intermediate V type stiffeners. Comparing with channels with complex edge stiffeners under same conditions, the axial compression loading efficiency of members with intermediate stiffeners increased about 10% to 30%. Tests were simulated by finite element analysis (FEA). The analysis results agreed well with experimental data. FEA was verified by experimental results. Based on it, the ultimate load-carrying capacity of channel columns with complex edge stiffeners were compared with lipped channel columns under axial compression. The results indicate that loading efficiency of channel columns with complex edge stiffeners is higher than lipped channel columns.
