摘 要:以‘海白1号’、‘白巨龙’、‘赤龙’、‘巨龙’和‘红仙蜜’火龙果扦插盆栽幼苗为试材,在1.2%的NaCl溶液胁迫下,对火龙果茎若干生理生化指标进行研究,以探索不同品种(系)火龙果的耐盐性差异。结果表明:(1)随着NaCl处理时间的增加,火龙果茎的电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈上升趋势,胁迫35 d时,赤龙和海白1号的电导率、MDA含量增幅分别低于巨龙、红仙蜜和白巨龙;(2)可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量呈现先增后减趋势,赤龙较巨龙和红仙蜜增幅大、降幅小;海白1号的可溶性糖增幅大于白巨龙,且降幅小;(3)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈先增后降趋势,赤龙和海白1号的SOD、POD活性增幅分别大于巨龙、红仙蜜和白巨龙,但CAT活性的变化趋势各品种(系)不尽相同。以上结果表明,5个品种(系)均能在盐胁迫下通过自身渗透调节及保护酶系统的调节有效降低活性氧的伤害,而且赤龙耐盐性高于巨龙和红仙蜜,海白1号耐盐性优于白巨龙。Five Hylocereus undatus eultivars, ‘Haibai No.l', ‘Baijulong', ‘Chilong', ‘Julong', ‘Hongxianmi', were used to study their physiological and biochemical response under NaC1 stress. And the increase of EL and MDA in ‘Chilong'and ‘Haibai No. l'were less than those in the eultivars ‘Julong',‘Hongxianmi' and ‘Baijulong', and the soluble sugar content and proline content of the five cultivars were firstly increased followed by a decrease. The increase of the soluble sugar content and proline content in‘Chilong' were more than th^se in‘Julong'and‘Hongxianmi', and the decrease was less in ‘Chilong' after the peak; The increase of the soluble sugar content in 'Haibai No.l' was more than that in ‘Baijulong', and the decrease was less than ‘Baijulong' after the peak; Superoxide (SOD), poroxidase (POD)and catalase (CAT)activities were increased firstly, and decreased afterwards. The activity increase of SOD and POD in ‘Chilong'and ‘Haibai No. l'were more than those in 'Julong', ‘Hongxianmi' and ‘Baijulong', but the change patterns of CAT activity were different in the five cultivars. The results confirmed that the five cuhivars could reduce the harm of reactive oxygen by triggering the osmoregulation and protective enzyme system under NaC1 Stress, and ‘Chilong' and ‘Haibai No. 1' had stronger salt resistance than ‘Julong', ‘ Hongxianmi' and ‘ Baijulong'.
