摘　　要：文章将云计算推广到互联网信息资源管理与服务领域,首次提出"信息资源云"这一云环境下信息资源管理平台与服务模式。以云计算给信息检索服务带来的影响为指引,剖析云计算新服务模式出现的可能性及必备条件,探讨信息资源云存在的必要性,提出信息资源云服务的最终目标,即信息资源云知识服务。This paper extends the cloud computing to the Internet information resources management and service field,and for the first time proposes the information resources management platform and service model in the cloud environment named ＂Information Resources Cloud ＂.Guided by the influence of the cloud computing to information retrieval service,the paper anatomizes the possibilities and prerequisites of the appearance of the new cloud computing service model,discusses the necessity of the existence of information resources cloud,and puts forward the ultimate goal of information resources cloud service,namely,information resources cloud knowledge service.
