摘 要:当前国内大多数移栽机普遍是半自动化,即主要依靠人工取苗和喂苗,机械完成送苗、栽苗,整个栽植过程需要大量的劳动力。针对半自动化移栽机劳动强度大、人工喂苗效率低下等特点,研究设计了玉米移栽机自动送苗装置。该装置结构简单,设计新颖,成本低廉,具有极其广阔的市场应用前景。该装置真正实现了机械送苗,投苗效率高,稳定性好。The most transplanting machine is semi-automatic in our country, seedlings, receive seedlings, mechanical complete send seedlings, planting see which relies mainly on the artificial take , the whole plant process requires a large amount of labor. According to the half automation transplanting machine the intensity of labor is big, artificial feeding seedlings efficiency low and so on characteristics, study design the corn seedling transplanting machine automatic feed device. This device has the advantages of simple structure, the design is novel, the cost is low, have a broad application prospect in the market. This device to achieve a truly mechanical send seedlings, throw seedlings. It has laid certain foundation for our country transplanting from semi-automatic machine to fully automatic development.
