摘 要:为了改善传统的耕作方式,设计出一种结构合理、功能多样又符合实际情况的深松整地机具—1S-5型深松整地机,能够同时完成深松、碎土和镇压等多项作业。田间试验及推广应用结果表明:该机部件结构合理,田间通过能力强,作业后地表平整。在正常土壤条件下,留茬高度不超过20cm的玉米茬地深松之后可以达到播种状态。Subsoil is one of the important ways to improve arid ecological environment, enhance the ability to resist the spring drought and improve the efficiency of agricultural production. In order to improve the traditional farming methods, 1S-5 subsoil cultivator is designed which has a reasonable structure, functional diversity and correspond with actual situation. This machine can subsoil, pulverizing, crackdown and so on at the same time. Through a field experiment and application, it is proved that the component structure is reasonable, the ability of field through is strong, the surface is flat and level after working. Sowing state can be achieved after subsoil under normal soil conditions and leave no more than 20 cm stubble height of corn crop.
