摘　　要：叙述了非对称数字用户线 (ADSL)的基本情况及相应的国际标准、发展动态 ,详细地阐述了数字信号处理 (DSP)在 ADSL技术实现中的必要性 ,给出了 TI公司 ADSL芯片组的功能及相应发展 ,并指出 DSP是实现 ADSL的关键。Fundamental principles, relevant international standards, and the development of ADSL are introduced. The necessary of ADSL based on DSP is discussed in detail. The functions of Texas Instruments ADSL chipset and development are presented, and it indicates that DSP technology is crucial to the realization of ADSL Modem.
