摘　　要：目的:通过调查产科住院孕产妇对护士的信任程度等,了解优质护理开展前后产科护患信任度等的变化,探讨优质护理服务在产科实施效果。方法:应用调查分析法,调查产科开展优质护理前后护患信任度等的变化,将开展优质护理前作为对照组,开展优质护理后作为观察组,对照组按常规护理。结果:优质护理服务提高了产妇健康教育效果、孕产妇满意度、护患间的信任度以及医务人员满意度。结论:优质护理开展后产科护患关系得到较大提升,护患信任度高,对孕产妇健康教育效果好,产科医务人员满意度高。说明优质护理服务在产科实施效果好,实施"以孕产妇为中心"的责任制整体护理,充分发挥护士的主观能动性,对护患间信任度等有较大促进作用。Objective：Through investigation of obstetric patients＇trust on nurses and others etc to understand the changes of patients＇trust on nurses and others etc between the time of carrying out high-quality care before and after,investgating the affect of quality care in obsteric department.Methods：Application of the survey analysis,survey the change of trust and other changes between obstetric nurses and patients in the time of quality care before and after,in the time before quality care carried out as a control group,in the time after carrying out high-quality care as the observation group.Results：Quality care can improve maternal health education,maternal satisfaction,trust between nurses and patients and medical staff satisfaction.Conclusions：Nurse-patient relationship、 nurse-patient trust 、the effect of maternal education and obstetric medical staff satisfaction have been greatly improved after Quality care carried out..It tell us that quality care in obstetrics is good effective.Implementation of the ＂maternal-centered＂ care and responsibility system can promout nurse＇full initiative work and promout the trust between nurses and patients.
