藏族2型糖尿病患者在口服降糖药物基础上加用地特胰岛素或甘精胰岛素的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察拉萨地区藏族T2DM患者在口服降糖药物基础上加用地特胰岛素(Det)或甘精胰岛素(Gla)治疗对血糖和体重的影响。方法 70例拉萨地区藏族T2DM患者,在1种或2种口服降糖药的基础上加用Det或Gla。结果治疗3个月后,两组血糖均得到有效控制,加用Gla的T2DM患者体重增加1.3kg,加用Det增加0.2kg。结论拉萨地区藏族T2DM患者在口服降糖药物同时加用基础胰岛素治疗降糖效果较好,低血糖发生率低,而且能减少体重的增加。Objective To observe blood glucose and body weight change of T2DM patients in Tibet who received insulin glargne versus insulin detemir as add-on therapy to oral hypoglycemic drugs. Methods Seventy T2DM patients in Lhasa received one or two kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin glargne （Gla group） versus insulin detemir （Det group）were analyzed. Results After three months of treatment, HbA1 c, FPG, 2 hPG decreased in both groups compared to baseline （P）0. 05）, average body weight increased by 1.3 kg in the Gla group compared to by 0. 2 kg in the Det group（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin detemir is more effective compared to insulin glargne in T2DM patients in Lhasa with less hypoglycemia incidence and less body weight increase.
