摘 要:目的检测T2DM患者外周血白细胞表面syndecan-1的表达。方法通过流式细胞仪检测外周血白细胞亚群(中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞)上syndecan-1的表达,并分析syndecan-1的表达与多项临床参数的相关性。结果将29例无并发症的T2DM患者(T2DM组)和24名年龄匹配的健康对照(NC组)者纳入研究。在中性粒细胞,T2DM组syndecan-1阳性细胞率(10.372±1.767)%较NC组(3.988±0.673)%升高(P=0.002)。单核细胞T2DM组syndecan-1阳性细胞率(2.221±0.310)%与NC组(2.975±0.553)%比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.241)。淋巴细胞T2DM组syndecan-1阳性细胞率(25.093±3.865)%与NC组(19.520±3.283)%比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.288)。T2DM组中,中性粒细胞syn-decan-1阳性细胞率与BMI呈正相关(r=0.572,P=0.004)。结论 T2DM患者外周血中性粒细胞表面syndecan-1的表达增强,其阳性表达率与BMI呈正相关。Objective To detect the expression of syndecan-1 on leukocytes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Expression of syndecan-1 on subsets of leukocytes (neutrophil, monocyte and lymphocyte) was determined by flow eytometry, and potential correlations between syndeean-1 and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results Twenty-nine patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (without any diabetic complications, T2DM group) and 24 age-matched healthy subjects (NC group) were enrolled. On neutrophils, the percentage of syndeean-l-positive cells was prominently higher in T2DM group than in NC group [(10. 372=kl. 767)% vs (3. 988±0. 673)M] (P=0. 002). On monocytes, the difference in syndeean-l-positive ceils between NC group and T2DM group was not significant (2. 221± 0. 310)0{ vs (2. 975±0. 553)%] (P=0. 241). On lymphocytes, the difference in syndecan-l-positive cells between NC group and T2DM group was also insignificant [(19. 520±3. 283) vs (25. 093±3. 865)%] (P = 0. 288). In the T2DM group, the correlation between the percentage of syndecan-l-positive neutrophils and BMI was possitive (r=0. 572,P=0. 004). Conclusion Compared with normal controls, the expression of syndecan-1 on peripheral neutrophils may increase in subjects with type 2 diabetes, and it is associated positively with BMI.
