摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是国民经济的主导产业,将成为中国经济新的增长引擎,但融资难一直困扰着战略性新兴产业成果的顺利转化。专利质押融资作为现代金融和高科技结合的产物,能有效弥补传统融资方式的局限。本文把战略性新兴产业——生物医药产业作为研究对象,通过构建生物医药专利质押融资绩效评价指标体系,评价生物医药行业专利质押融资现状,探讨其存在的问题以及政策成因,为完善我国专利质押融资制度提出建议。Strategic emerging industry, the dominant industry of national economy, will become the new engine of China＇s economy growth, while its achievement of successful transformation is always impeded by the issue of financing. As the combined product of mod- ern finance and high-technology, patent pledge could effectively relieve the funds scarcity. Through constructing a performance evalua- tion system, this paper aimed to review the current situation of patent pledge in bio-medical industry and probe on its existing problems and causes, thereby providing suggestions for the improvement of patent pledge in China.
