摘　　要：本文从经济体制方面分析探讨了各国促进科技经济结合的主要举措,包括坚持经济发展依靠科技创新的战略导向,改革收入分配体系提高企业对科技创新的需求和把科技成果转化为生产力的动力,完善创业、知识产权、风险投资等与经济科技结合的各种保障措施等。This paper analyzes main measures which many governments take to stimulate the combination of economy and S＆T, The measures include developing economic development strategies which relied on technology and innovation, regulating income distribution system to stimulate the momentum for companies to transfer technology and innovation into value-added products and service, and estab- lishing healthy institutes regards to entrepreneurship, intellectual property and venture caoitals.
