摘  要:运用有限元法对某发动机四气门单体气缸盖顶板的承载机理及应力分布状态等进行分析研究。研究表明,随着螺栓预紧力的增加,气缸盖顶板的应力变化显著,预紧工况的应力值约占顶板整体应力值的75%~85%;随着爆发压力的增加,气缸盖顶板应力变化很小,因此动态载荷较小。根据应力分布状态分析结果对顶板进行结构改进了设计及分析,最后通过应力测量试验验证其准确性。The mechanical load theory and the stress distribution state of a four-valve individual cylinder-head ceiling are studied through finite element analysis.Research results indicate that stress on the ceiling changes dramatically as the bolt preload increases and the stress value under preload condition accounts for approximately 75%~85% of the total stress value of the ceiling.Since stress on the ceiling changes slightly as the explosive pressure increases,the dynamic load is relatively small.According to the analyzed results of stress distribution state,structural improvement is made on the ceiling and finally its accuracy is verified by stress measurement tests.
