摘　　要：充分发掘场地的环境资源并加以整合,使小港湾实现居住与旅游功能并举,娱乐与商业并重,集多元化功能为一体的城市综合体。充分创建小港湾的现代建筑文化特色,在小港湾地域及气候特色的基础上,吸收中西建筑文化之精华,结合青岛城市特征,利用海岸景观资源,营造人文特色港湾情调及码头旅游休闲空间,形成"明珠"的创新建筑文化。The site environment resources can be fully exploited and integrated,so as to get an urban complex with various functions by developing simultaneously the residence and touristry,as well as laying equal stress on entertainment and busimess in a small harbor.Finally,the harbor sentiment and recreation space with humanistic features can be constructed by establishing modern architectural culture,basing on regional and clinate characteristics in the small harbor,absorbing the essence of the Chinese and western architectural culture,and combining with the characteristics of Qingdao and using coastal landscape resources,with which a brilliant creative architectural culture can be formed.
