摘  要:以磷酸铁作为铁源和磷源,以碳酸锂作为锂源,采用碳热还原法合成LiFePO4/C材料。选用不同碳源包覆和不同金属离子掺杂对样品进行改性。采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及恒电流充放电技术等分析方法分别研究了样品的结构、形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,在室温和0.1 C倍率下,碳源为单一碳质前驱体的样品比采用混合碳源制备的LiFePO4/C具有更好的电化学性能,首次放电比容量为151.5 mAh/g,循环性能稳定;而以金属离子掺杂却很难有效地提高材料的电化学性能。In this paper,LiFePO4/C materials were prepared by carbon-thermal reduction method,using iron phosphate and lithium hydroxide as raw materials.The different carbon sources and different high-priced metal ions were used to improve performance of LiFePO4/C samples.The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples were characterized by X-Ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and charge-discharge test.The results demonstrate that the sample prepared by pure carbon source possesses the best electrochemical performance.At room temperature and low current rate(0.1 C),such a composite shows a specific capacity of 151.5 mAh/g with satisfactory capacity retention rate;however,it's difficult to improve the electrochemical performance of the materials doped with supervalent metal ions by FePO4 technics.
