摘 要:主要对废铅蓄电池火法冶炼回收过程中的铅泥和脱硫副产品进行联合脱硫除铅工艺方法研究。采用碳酸钠法脱硫、氧化钙法固硫、氯盐法除铅,研究铅泥脱硫后液相与烟气脱硫后液相联合固硫,再对含硫含铅副产品进行联合除铅。结果表明:联合工艺较单独工艺综合效果更好,联合总固硫率可达77.47%,联合总除铅率可达99.14%。固硫后液体可以作为破碎水和脱硫塔液回用,液体中NaOH可减少Na2CO3的投加量;固硫后固相进行氯盐法除铅,含铅液体加碳酸钠沉铅后溶液直接除铅,效率可达31%以上,可以回用并减少氯盐的投加量。该工艺每处理1 t废铅蓄电池,可增加374.376元的经济效益,可减少3.532 kg二氧化硫的排放。与单独工艺相比提高经济效益4%,该工艺可以达到节能减排,减少污染的目的,具有显著的经济与环境效益。Integrated technique of desulfurization and lead-removal were studied for treating lead mud and by-product from the process of pyrometallurgy of spent lead battery in the paper.The methods that the NaCO3 used in lead mud desulfuration,CaO used in fixing sulfur of liquid,and NaCl-FeCl3 system used in removed lead of fix-sulfur solid were adopted.The results show that the fix sulfur rate is 77.47%,and lead leaching rate is 99.14%.The integrated technique has a much better effect in comparison with separate technique.NaOH in the liquid after fixing sulfur can cut the amount of NaCO3,and can be recycled as water for fragmentation and gas desulfurizer.The lead leaching rate of lead-removal liquid is as much as 31%.In that case,the less NaCl-FeCl3 is needed in lead-removal.Dealing with a ton spent lead battery,SO2 can be reduced by 3.532 kg,and economic benefit was 374.376 yuan can be gained.Compared with separate technique,this technique can conserve energy,cut emission,and reduce the pollution with remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
