摘  要:目的:解剖测量T1~L5形态学参数,为研制新型全植入式可膨胀型胸腰椎前路内固定系统提供解剖学依据。方法:采用50具正常成人胸腰椎干燥尸体标本,测量T1~L5的相关参数(中横径、中矢状径及中央高度)。结果:以T12为例,中横径:(33.03±1.85)mm,中矢状径:(25.50±1.46)mm,中央高度:(21.53±1.39)mm。该内固定系统由空心椎体钉、内栓及固定棒构成,初步设计5个型号:(25、8),(25、10)、(30、12)、(35、14)、(40、14)。结论:新型全内置式可膨胀型胸腰椎前路内固定系统的设计在形态学上具有可行性,能够重建胸腰椎的稳定性,是一种牢靠安全、操作简便、符合脊柱前路形态解剖结构的新型内固定系统。Objective To provide anatomic support for preparation of a new fully built-in anterior internal fixation system with inflation function for vertebral bodies by measuring the morphological parameters of vertebral T1- L5. Methods 50 sets of dry thoraeolumbar specimens (T1-L5) were used in this study. The related parameters of T1 - L5 including middle transverse diameter (MTD), middle sagittal diameter (MSD), and central high (CH) were measurerS. Results We took T12 for example. Its MTD was about (33.03 ± 1.85)ram, MSD was (25.50 ± 1.46)mm, and CH was (21.53 ± 1.39)ram. This internal fixation system was composed of hollow vertebral nails, built-in nails, and fixed bars; and it had five models: (25, 8), (25, 10), (30, 12), (35, 14), and (40,14). Conclusions This new fully built-in anterior internal fixation system with inflation function for vertebral bodies is morphologically feasible. It helps reconstruct the stability of vertebral bodies and is a new, safe, simple internal fixation system which is suitable for the anatomic structure of vertebral bodies.
