摘  要:为揭示机制砂级配对混凝土性能的影响规律与作用效应,以1.18 mm筛孔为分界点,将机制砂颗粒组成分成(I粒径≥1.18 mm颗粒)、I(I粒径<1.18 mm颗粒)组分,设计并进行了6种不同级配类型机制砂及其混凝土性能的试验。试验结果表明:①细度模数仅是表征机制砂的粗细程度的宏观指标,无法反映颗粒级配的真实情况,决定机制砂品质好坏的内在因素是颗粒级配,生产时应得到严格控制,为提高混凝土强度及工作性能,应尽量使颗粒级配曲线具有骨架密实特征;②机制砂I组分主要影响混凝土的泌水性,II组分主要影响混凝土的保水性及黏聚性,为保证混凝土的工作性能,应使I、II组分的含量比例保持在1∶2左右,并有效控制I组分颗粒组成比例;③为充分发挥I组分的填充密实与次骨架结构作用效应,以提高混凝土的整体性能,宜将1.18 mm筛档累计筛余百分率控制在级配中值附近,且4.75、2.36、1.18 mm三筛档累计筛余百分率按2∶3∶1进行控制。研究成果为机制砂颗粒级配的控制及混凝土性能的优化提供了有力支撑。In order to reveal the influence law and action effect of manufactured sand gradation on concrete performance, the manufac tured sand was divided into two parts according to the size,the one was bigger than 1.18 mm (part I) and the other one was smaller than 1.18 mm(part II).And then the tests about the performance of concrete were done here for six different gradations of the manufactured sand.The test results showed: Qthe fineness couldn't reflect the actual condition of the grain gradation, it was just the macroscopic indicts for ex pressing the degree of coarse particle in manufactured sand, and the grain gradation was the intrinsic indicts for the manufactured sand quality, which should be controlled strictly in production, and also be denseframework in order to improve the strength and workability of the concrete. Qthe manufactured sand of part I had an effect on water permeability of concrete, while the part II mainly effect on the wa ter retention and cohesiveness.To ensure the performance of concrete ,the content ratio of the two parts should be keep by 1:2, and the par ticle of part I should be controlled effectively. (~)The cumulative sieve residue of 1.18 mm should be controlled nearly the median grada tion, and the cumulative sieve residue of 4.75 mm, 2.36 mm, 1.18 mm should be controlled by the ratio of 2:3:1, which were favorable for the filling role and subframework action of part I.The research results are useful for controlling the grain gradation of the manufactured sand and helping the concrete performance optimization.
