摘  要:针对石灰石粉掺入聚羧酸外加剂混凝土后对混凝土性能的影响进行了研究。通过对石灰石粉不同掺量下新拌混凝土的和易性、坍落度扩展度、各龄期抗压强度发展规律的试验与结果分析,研究了石灰石粉在混凝土中的作用与效果,并将石灰石粉应用于生产。试验结果表明掺入石灰石粉可以减小坍落度损失,提高混凝土的和易性;混凝土抗压强度随石粉掺量的增加而下降,C30混凝土下降明显,C40混凝土下降幅度不大;在实际生产过程中,C30聚羧酸外加剂混凝土掺入30 kg/m3的石粉是安全可行的。The impact ofpolycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete that added limestone powder was researched.Through the experiment and the result analysis of workability, slump and extended degree and the compressive strength of green concrete which was under different limestone proportion, research the function and effect of limestone powder in concrete, and apply the limestone powder to production.The result of experiment indicated that mixing with limestone powder could decrease the slump loss, and increase the concrete workability;the concrete compressive strength would be decreased by limestone powder increased,the range of C30 concrete compressive strength was obvious,but C40 concrete compressive strength within a narrow range.In the progress of production, adding 30 kg/m3 limestone powder into C30 polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete is safe and feasible.
