摘  要:以高速印刷机机构为研究对象,据运动倒置和定比分点原理,抓住凸轮工作轮廓工作点,必与滚子中心、相对瞬心共线的重要特征,提出一种新的"定比分点方法",研究解决了作平面复杂运动滚子从动件的第Ⅱ类机构凸轮理论/工作轮廓设计问题。较之传统且现今通行的"包络原理方法",新方法简单直观,具有无需对繁冗、复杂的理论轮廓两参数方程求二阶导数的优越性。有望取代前者,成为一种为盘形凸轮机构共享的凸轮工作轮廓设计的通用有效方法。By taking a German high speed printing machine as an example, because of the feature that cam working contact point and the attachment of roller center and relative instantaneous center of velocity are collinear, making a new "definite proportion cutting point" method to design the cam pitch/working profile of disc cam mechanisms with roller follower moving in planar general motion based on the principle of motion inversion and the method of definite proportion and separated points. Compared with the traditionaland public way (envelope theory), the new method is simpler and more intuitive because that it need not to calculate the second derivative of the complicated pitch profile equations. This method indeed has more advantages than former ways. Therefore, this method is expected to be a common method to design the profiles of disc cammechanisms and replace the former ways.
