摘  要:节水灌溉工程中地埋输水管多用硬塑料管,对我国北方严寒地区地埋管道管材、管径、埋置深度、管槽断面和竖管防冻等问题作了论述。对当前使用较多的UPVC管、PP管和PE管作了比较;对滴管干支管管径、工作压力作了说明。重点对埋置深度进行了探讨,提出在冻结深度小于2.0 m时,管道埋置深度应在冻结深度以下;当冻结深度大于2.0 m时,管道可埋设在冻土层,但需在冻深2/3以下,并在管道最低端设排水井。Abstract: Hard plastic pipe is mostly used in cold areas for embedded water conveyance system of water-sav- ing irrigation project. An introduction is given on materials, diameter, embedded depth of embedded pipes, cross-section of pipe ditch and prevention of frozen bulge damage of riser pipe. A comparison is made be- tween UPVC, PP and PE that are commonly used nowadays. An explanation is given on the pipe diameter of main and branch drips and its working pressure. Detailed discussions are made on the depth of embedment. It is suggested to put the top of embedded pipe below the frozen depth when it is smaller than 2.0m. The pipe can be buried in the frozen earth layer when the frozen depth is larger than 2.0m, but should be below 2/3 of the frozen depth and equipped with a draining well at the lowest end of the pipe.
