摘 要:通过对紧链力的研究,找到了链条张紧力的最小张力点,得到了紧链力与运输方向的关系,以及紧链力的大小与工作面倾角的关系。重点关注了上行运输时链条的张紧力,指出机尾链轮与刮板链的分离点是最小张力点,机头链轮与刮板链的啮入点是最大张力点。在此基础上,分析上行运输带来的危害及原因,并提出了降低其危害程度的方法。After studying the chain tension, the position of minimum chain tension was found out, and the relationship between chain tension and transportation direction as well as the relationship between chain tension magnitude and obliquity of transportation face were obtained. In addition, the chain tension of armoured face conveyor (AFC) at upward operation was focused, and it was pointed that the position where the tail chain wheel and the flight chain separated carried the minimum tension and the meshing point of the head chain wheel and the flight chain carried the maximum tension. Based on the above analysis results, danger and causes of upward operation of AFC were analyzed, and methods of reducin~ the dan^er were orooosed.
