摘  要:潞安集团某矿矿井提升机控制系统为串电阻调速,性能较差,为了达到提高调速质量和节能的目的,提出了一种采用2套西门子S7-300系列PLC和ABB ACS800系列变频器共同控制的新方案。介绍了双线制PLC控制系统的设计理念、系统组成结构和变频器参数的设定,阐述了系统实现同步控制的工作原理,并对节能效果进行了分析。改造后的提升机控制系统节能效果明显,年节电率为25%。The electric control system of a mine hoist in Lu'an Group was series resistance velocity control style that had poor performance. In order to improve the velocity control performance and save energy, a new scheme that including two sets of Siemens S7-300 PLC and ABB ACS800 series frequency inverter was proposed. In addition, design concept and constitution of the dual wire PLC control system as well as parametric setting of frequency inverter were introduced, and the operation principle of realizing systematic synchronization control was narrated also. At last, the energy saving effects was analyzed. It was showed that the reconstructed electric control system saved considerable energy with 25% reduction in energy consumption.
