摘  要:螺栓联接是大型工程装备联接的主要形式之一,其联接状态直接影响到装备的运行安全,因此,螺栓联接状态的检测具有重要的意义。然而,某些螺栓联接却经常不能在较小的联接部件上进行激励或安装检测元件,只能在较大的联接基础上采集信号。笔者针对不同状态下螺栓联接的振动信号进行了能量分析,研究了基础的归一化能量与联接状态之间的对应关系。试验结果表明,联接基础的归一化能量随着联接状态的改变而改变,应用归一化能量方法可以实现对联接状态的检测。Bolt connection is one of the main connection forms of large engineering equipments, and its state directly affects safe operation of equipments. Thus, the detection of bolt connection state has important significance. However, for some bolts, in many cases the smaller components of the connection can not be excited and installed inspection elements, and the signal can be collected only on the larger foundation. In the paper, the energy about the vibration signals at various states of bolt connection was analyzed, and the correspondence relationship between the normalized energy of the fundation and the connection state. The test results indicated that the normalized energy of connection foundation varied with the tightening degree of the bolt connection, and the normalized energy method could be used to inspect the connection state.
