摘　　要：指出了由于目前向大气环境排放二氧化硫逐年增加,并且国家对其污染控制政策也逐年严格,各燃煤电厂将面临二氧化硫减排任务。燃煤电厂必须根据自身的条件,寻找经济、技术上合理的二氧化硫减排措施,以最低的成本满足国家和地方对二氧化硫排放总量和排放浓度双达标的要求。At present, as the emissions of sulfur dioxide have increased with years and the pollution control policies have been stricter year after year,the coal--fired power plants will face the reduction task of sulfur dioxide emissions. According to their own conditions, the coal--fired power plants must find the reasonable reduction measures of sulfur dioxide emission both in economic and technical aspects, in order to meet the na- tional and local requirements which both the total emission of sulfur dioxide and the emission concentration reach the standards at the lowest cost.
