摘 要:指出了生物质压缩成型参数优化目标是使成型燃料获得较好的燃烧品质和气化性能,并易于储存运输。建立计算机仿真成型过程的模型并运用模型优化参数,可以提高成型料的性能和对生物质气化后燃气品质的改善和提高具有实际意义。在相关领域研究的基础上,研究了影响生物质致密成型过程和气化的相关因素,探讨了应用最小二乘支持向量机对致密成型建模及参数优化的可行性。The purpose of the biomass solidification progress is to obtain the better quality of combustion and gasification and facilitate storage and transportation of biomass. It is practical to establish a solidification pro- gress computation model and optimize the parameters of the progress, because it is helpful for the production of the shaped fuel and improvement of the quality of the flammable gas which is obtained from the biomass gasification progress. Based on the study of the biomass solidification technique at home and aboard, this arti- cle deeply analyzes the relevant factors which impact the biomass gasiSication progress and the solidification progress,and also discusses the feasibility of the application of intelligent methods to the biomass solidifation progress and optimization of the parameters.
