摘 要:为了增强多泥沙河流水电站水轮机的抗磨蚀能力,采用各种材料对其表面进行防护。其中,聚氨酯具有良好的弹性和韧性,可以吸收泥沙颗粒的冲击,抗磨效果好。通过对聚氨酯在轴流式和混流式水轮机过流部件抗磨蚀防护的效果分析,得出结论:①在小型机组叶片上有较好的防护效果;②在大型机组固定过流部件上有较好的防护效果;③粘接剂是关键之一;④安全厚度须保证;⑤强空化和尖锐硬物割伤是涂层脱落的主因。For advancing the abrasion protection ability of hydraulic turbine in sediment-laden rivers, many materials were used to protect the hydraulic turbine' s surfaces. Thereinto, polyurethane has good flexibility and tenacity, which can absorb the impact of sediment particles, and which anti-wear effect is well. Through analysis of the effect of anti-abrasion protection of polyurethane to axial and mixed flow hydraulic turbine, the following conclusions could be got.Firsdy, polyurethane has good protective effects on vanes in small units.Secondly, for large units, polyurethane has good anti-abrasion properties on the fixed over-currents.Thirdly, adhesive is one of the keys.Fourthly, thickness must be ensured safety.Fifthly, strong cavitation and sharp hard cut off are the main causes.
