星状神经节阻滞对妇女更年期综合征患者性激素水平的影响及临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨与观察星状神经节阻滞对妇女更年期综合征患者性激素水平的影响及临床效果。方法:选择年龄在40～60岁,有绝经相关症状患者60例,按就诊顺序将患者随机分为两组,每组30例。Ⅰ组采用星状神经节阻滞,Ⅱ组采用激素替代治疗;同时选择符合上述标准而不同意治疗的患者30例作为对照组(Ⅲ组)。所有患者在治疗前及Ⅰ组患者完成第2疗程星状神经节阻滞1周后的相同时间均检测性激素3项,包括雌激素(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)。同时观察治疗前后绝经症状变化。结果:Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组治疗后E2显著升高,FSH、LH明显降低,与治疗前和Ш组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组治疗后性激素水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.01)。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组治疗后kuppermann评分与治疗前和Ш组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:星状神经节阻滞能有效地控制和改善妇女更年期综合征患者症状,能使性激素水平得到良性改变。Objective： To explore and observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on sex hormones levels of female patients with climacteric syndrome and clinical efficacy. Methods： Sixty patients aged 40 - 60 years old who had menopause - related syndromes were se- lected, and then they were randomly divided into two groups according to visiting sequence, 30 patients in each group. The patients in group Ⅰ adopted stellate ganglion block, while the patients in group Ⅱ adopted hormone replacement therapy; 30 patients meeting the above - mentioned criteria who didnl receive treatment were selected as control group （group Ⅲ ） . The levels of estrogen, follicle -stimulating hor- mone （FSH） , and luteinizing hormone （LH） were detected before treatment and at one week after treatment in the three groups. The meno-pausal syndromes before and after treatment were observed. Results： In groupⅠ and group Ⅱ , the levels of estrogen after treatmentincreased significantly, the levels of FSH and LH decreased significantly, compared with before treatment in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ , and group Ⅲ, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 0l ） ; after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in sex hormon,＇s levels between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （P 〉 0. 01 ） . There was statistically significant difference in Kuppermann score between before treatment in group I and group Ⅱ , and group Ⅲ and after treatment in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion ： Stellate ganglion block can effectively control and improve symptoms of climacteric syndrome in female patients and can induce positive changes of sex hormone levels.
