摘  要:基于介质阻挡放电理论设计一套低温等离子体(non-thermal plasmal,NTP)发生器。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿催化剂La0.8K0.2MnO3(LKMO)和LaMnO3(LMO),并利用X射线衍射分析(X-ray diffraction,XRD)对其性能进行表征。通过柴油机台架试验,研究了NTP辅助LKMO和LMO催化对NOx的作用规律。研究结果表明:制备的催化剂形成了钙钛矿晶体结构,温度在200~350℃时,NTP辅助LMO只存在NO和NO2的吸附和脱附,而NOx总量未降低;在NTP辅助LKMO作用下,NOx浓度降低较明显,K元素的掺入提高了催化剂活性,且NTP提高了催化剂对NOx的去除效率。A NTP reactor was designed based on theory of dielectric barrier discharge. The perovskite catalysts of La0.8 K0.2 MnO3 (LKMO) and LaMnO3 (LMO) were prepared by the citric acid-gel process and characterized by XRD. And effect of the NTP assisted catalyst technology on NOx removal was studied on diesel engine test bench. As a result, the prepared catalysts appear as perovskite crystal structure, and in the temperature range of 200-350 ℃, only adsorption and desorption of NO and NO2 are observed with NTP assisted LMO, total NOx emissions do not reduce, and NOx emissions significantly reduce with NTP assisted LKMO. That indicates the catalyst activity is increased by incorporation of K and deNOx efficiency of the catalyst is increased by NTP.
