摘 要:对轻型柴油汽车的废热热源进行了试验研究,以便于热电模块在这些热源上回收热能。在温控试验室模拟汽车工况循环得到汽车水散热系统、气缸盖、机体、油底壳、排气歧管和排气管等废热热源的温度分布范围为34~487℃,排气歧管和排气管外壁的温度最高,水散热系统外壁的温度最低。同一部件的不同部分也呈现不同的温度分布特征。废热热源外壁的温度分布、温度范围及热源温度随汽车工况的变化趋势都将为热电模块的布置和热电特性的控制提供理论依据。In order to exploit potentialities of energy saving, test investigation of waste heat sources in a light duty vehicle powered by diesel engine was implemented for recovering waste heat energy using thermoelectric modules. By simulating vehicle driving conditions, in a temperature control laboratory it is obtained that the temperature of waste heat sources, such as water cooling system, cylinder head, cylinder block, oil pan, exhaust manifold and pipe, and so on, ranges from 34 ℃ to 487 ℃. The temperature of outer wall around the manifold and exhaust pipe is highest, and that of outer wall around the water cooling system is lowest. Moreover, various parts of the same component also present different temperature distributions. These results, temperature distribution of waste heat source, temperature range, and temperature variation following vehicle conditions may provide theoretical basis for thermoelectric module arrangement and thermoelectric property utilization.
