摘　　要：城市进化是城市向着结构有序、功能完善的方向可持续性发展。城市化是经济发展的必然结果,是城市进化的表象,而经济发展的进程应沿城市进化的方向演进,城市发展的规律即是进化的规律。文章在剖析城市进化内涵的基础上构建评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对滨海新区2006—2009年城市进化水平进行实证分析,并采用ESDA技术,对滨海新区城市空间结构进化做进一步剖析。结果表明,2006—2009年滨海新区处于城市进化中兴阶段,其进化性状表现为城市化稳定阶段和城市发展初级阶段。其原塘沽、汉沽、大港三区在经济发展模式上相互独立,没有集聚效应和辐射效应。因此,滨海新区应注重调整其经济空间结构的格局,在发展经济的同时注重居民生活水平的提高,并高度重视教育,着力推动并加快城市进化。Urban evolution means that city should develop toward a structured, fully functional direction. Urbanization is the inevitable result of economic development, which is the appearance of urban evolution. Economic development should be along the direction of the evolution of urban evolution and the law of urban development is the law of evolution. Firstly, the paper analyzed the connotation of urban evolution. Secondly, based on the concept to construct the index system, it took an empirical analysis of the level of urban evolution in the Binhai New Area from 2006 to 2009 by analytic hierarchy process. Finally, from the perspective of the layout of urban space, it analyzed the evolution of urban spatial structure in Binhai New Area though ESDA technology. The results showed that Binhai New Area has been in the position of resurgence stage of urban evolution from 2006 to 2009 and the evolutionary traits exhibited the stable stage of urbanization and primary stage of urban development. Furthermore, the economic development mode of Tanggu district, Hangu district and Dagang district are independent to each other without agglomeration effects and radiation effects. Therefore, the Binhai New Area should focus on adjusting the pattern of economic spatial structure and improvement of living standards in the course of economic development, attaching great importance to education to accelerate urban evolution.
