摘　　要：目的观察经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双柱固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法 38例肱骨髁间骨折患者38例,均采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双柱固定治疗,观察疗效及不良反应。结果患者均获随访,随访8～18个月。所有患者骨折均愈合,肘关节屈伸平均为112.3°;Mayo肘关节能力评分优12例,良19例,可6例,差1例,优良率为81.57%。术后发生延迟愈合2例,伤口感染1例,伤口延迟愈合(脂肪液化)1例,未出现医源性神经损伤和内固定物断裂。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双柱固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效良好,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of double-column fixation by trans-olecranon osteotomyap- proach in the treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture. Methods All the thirty-eight patients with humeral intercondylar fracture were treated with double-column fixation by trans-olecranou osteotomy approach, and the therapeutic effect, ad- verse reactions were observed. Results All the patients were followed up, from 8 months to 18 months. All the fractures werehealed. The average elbow flexion angle was 112.3~. Mayo elbow performance scorewere excellent in 12 cases, good in 19 cases, fair in 6 cases and poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 81.57%. Among those patients, two cases had delayed healing after operation. One patienthad wound infection. One hadfat liquefaction inincisions. However, latro- genicnerve injury and internal fixationfracture werenot happened. Conclusion Double-column fixation by trans-olecranou osteotomy approachhas agoodclinical efficacyand few side effects in thetreatment ofhumeral intercondylar fracture.
