摘　　要：文章以天堂寨周边农村社区为例在问卷调研与深度访谈基础上采用最优尺度分析数据分析技术研究了天堂寨农村居民旅游就业意愿与其社会经济因素的多重对应关系,识别了居民旅游就业意愿的关键影响因素。研究发现:(1)依据旅游就业意愿天堂寨农村社区居民分为直接旅游就业、间接研究就业与无法参与3个群体。(2)影响居民旅游就业意愿的因素主要有现在的工作、文化程度与居住村位置。文章对于制定社区旅游就业支持政策有借鉴意义。Based on the questionnaires and deeply interviews of surrounding rural community of Tiantangzhai, using optimal scaling , the paper analyzes the rural residents＇ willingness to employ in tourism and relevant socioeconomic factors. The re- sult as following, firstly, according to rural residents＇ willingness to employ in tourism, host residents are classified into di- rect employment in tourism, indirect employment in tourism and no participation in tourism. Secondly, the factors predicting rural residents＂ willingness to employ in tourism are mainly current jobs, education level and residence location. The findings contribute to constitution of community-based tourism support policies.
