摘  要:探索文化创意产业在农村的发展问题是时代的必然要求。农村文化创意产业发展驱动力包括资源转化、政府主导、资金推动和需求引发,驱动力选择需要依据适宜原则、系统原则和权变原则。核心产业、关联产业、衍生产业和辅助产业四大产业群体构成的农村文化创意产业组织系统,在环境、市场、政策、知识因素的影响下,呈现出构筑文化创意产业链、重构社会形态、区域扩展和国际化四种演进方向。其产业政策制定可从完善产业支持体系、培育产业内生机制、增强产业核心竞争力、提升人力资源质量等四个方面考虑。Exploration on cultural and creative industries' development in rural areas is the inevitable demand of the times. The rural cultural and creative industries' driving force includes transformation of resources, government' s leading, fired to promote, and trigger of demand. Driving force choice should according to appropriate principles, system principle and con- tingency principle to select and use. The rural cultural and creative industrial organization system contains four industry groups are made of the core industry, related industry, derivative industry, and support industry. Under the influence of environ- ment, market, policy, and knowledge factors, present four evolutionary directions on building cultural and creative industri- al chain, reconstruct social formation, regional expansion and internationalization. Its industrial policies can be considered from the four aspects which are improving industrial support system, cuhivating industrial mechanism, enhancing the core competitiveness of industries, and improve the quality of human resources.
