摘　　要：浦东新区环境综合评价地理信息系统是在 Arc View环境下建立的 ,系统具有数据查询、空间分析以及环境综合评价等功能。介绍了系统的内容和建立方法 ,探讨了环境综合评价模型的建立 ,包括姚氏指数法、模糊分级综合评价、综合指数法及层次分析模糊综合评价 ,并对系统的应用结果进行了分析。The GIS of comprehensively environmental evaluation in Pudong new area is established in ArcView environment, and this system has functions of data inquiry, spatial analysis and comprehensively environmental evaluation. This paper introduces the construction and methods of the system, discusses the construction of models of comprehensively environmental evaluation, including Yao's exponent method, fuzzy classification method, comprehensive exponent method and hierarchically fuzzy evaluation method. The applied results of the system is discussed in the end.
